Lieutenant Artemis, played by Milla Jovovich, is out on a mission with her unit in an endless desert. They stumble upon what seems to be the giant skeleton of an unknown animal, and then the sand is churned up by an extremely fast and extremely large underground creature tracking their movements. A Black Diablos emerges from the ground with an almighty roar, and Artemis and her soldiers start shooting. Guns don’t exist in Monster Hunter, but if they did, the team should have brought a water pistol.
