Nissan Altima, Titan Recalled for Tire Sidewall Issue

Part of the tire manufacturing process is what’s called curing, where pressure is applied to the rubber to give it its final shape and tread pattern. This step is at the heart of another big March recall from Nissan being issued for nearly 127,000 cars and trucks equipped with Continental-brand tires.
