Anyone who’s played The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt will of course be aware that Ciri ultimately trained under Geralt and Vesemir to become a monster hunter and all-round badass in her own right. While this was only ever alluded to in flashbacks in the games, the original Andrzej Sapkowski novels on which the Netflix show is based explore this chapter of Ciri’s life in much greater detail.
