The second-to-last flight of United Launch Alliance’s Delta rocket was set to lift off from Cape Canaveral early Wednesday on a mission to deliver a top secret spy satellite into orbit for the U.S. government, but officials scrubbed the launch attempt due to a problem with a ground systems pneumatics valve. Another launch attempt is set for 3:25 a.m. EDT (0725 UTC) Thursday.
