After calling off a launch attempt Sunday due to high winds in the booster recovery zone, SpaceX is counting down again for liftoff of a Falcon 9 rocket from the Kennedy Space Center on the company’s 28th resupply mission to the International Space Station. Liftoff is set for 11:47 a.m. EDT (1547 UTC) from pad 39A at Kennedy.
