A United Launch Alliance Atlas 5 rocket is counting down for launch Tuesday at Cape Canaveral on a dual spacecraft delivery mission for the commercial telecom satellite operator SES. The Atlas 5 is set to blast off at 5:36 p.m. EDT (2136 GMT) at the opening of a 45-minute launch window.
