Less than half a month after recalling some 3,000 Highlanders and Highlander Hybrids for a side airbag problem, Toyota is issuing another recall — this time an expansion of two previous recalls issued early in 2020 for a fuel pump issue that includes its Lexus luxury subsidiary and affects more than 3.3 million cars, minivans, pickup trucks and SUVs.
