SpaceX called off the launch of a Falcon 9 rocket from California Wednesday morning due to concerns about recovery of the first stage booster on a drone ship in the Pacific Ocean. SpaceX has a backup launch opportunity at 6:40 a.m. PDT (9:40 a.m. EDT; 1340 UTC) Thursday for the Falcon 9, which will send 46 Starlink internet satellites into orbit.
