After a delay caused by Hurricane Hilary, SpaceX will try again Tuesday to launch its 100th Starlink mission. A Falcon 9 carrying 21 second-generation Starlink satellites is scheduled to launch from Vandenberg Space Force Base in California at 2:37 a.m. PDT / 5:37 a.m. EDT / 0937 UTC tonight.
