The PlayStation 5 will actually have 664GB of useable storage when you boot it up, according to some images on ResetEra of a start-up screen. This can be increased by another 2.4GB if you’re willing to part with the optional program/game Astro’s Playroom. The PlayStation’s starting memory size is 825GB – the rest goes into operating systems. This image isn’t official yet so the numbers may be off. We wouldn’t be surprised, however, if the actual useable storage is within that bracket.
