Biden’s State Department says policy on Turkey’s S-400 unchanged

The US State Department has urged Ankara to rid itself of the Russian-made S-400 missile defense system that Turkey has purchased from Moscow in recent years. The State Department noted the surface-to-air missile systems are “inconsistent” with Turkey’s commitments as a NATO ally and pose a significant threat.
