Among Us actually released way back in June 2018, but for the first two years of its release it didn’t find any real success – to the point that servers were sat idle with absolutely no users online. It was only in the last few months that the game saw a huge rise in its player base, going from 271 players in January to 60 million daily active users across iOS, Android, and PC.
