SpaceX is looking to rebound from a week of scuttled launches with a Falcon 9 launch from California. The Starlink 7-9 mission, featuring the first Starlink satellites to provide direct to cell phone service, is scheduled to liftoff from Vandenberg Space Force base at 9:19 p.m. PST (12:19 a.m. EST, 0519 UTC).
